The government's main function is to serve the community, so the government needs to continue to strive to improve the quality of service, as stated in Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services where the survey mechanism is guided by public services, especially within the scope of the Health Office's Skin, Gender, and Cosmetic Health Service Unit.This study aims to describe the level of patient satisfaction with health services in the skin, genital and cosmetic health service units in the city of Makassar. The research used a quantitative descriptive study. The data was conducted at the genital skin health service unit and cosmetics in Makassar City from January to December 2021 with 1200 respondents. Data was collected by providing blanks with emoticons; SATISFIED, USUAL, UNSATISFIED with a table describing the types of services filled with a checklist, for patients who come to visit the skin, genital and cosmetic health service units in the city of Makassar. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS application and presented in the form of a frequency distribution table.
Result; The majority of patients are satisfied with the services of health workers at the skin, genital and cosmetic health service units in Makassar city, both in the registration counter services, cosmetic services, doctor services, laboratory services, and pharmacy services. Conclusion; of the five elements of service, the one with the lowest rating is card service.
